1. Placing an Order
Orders for our products can only be placed through our website: www.emiba.es.
The purchase process is simple and consists of the following steps:
- Select the product
- Choose the quantity
- Add to cart
- Confirm purchase
- Select payment method
- Enter delivery details
- Complete the purchase
Once the order is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the reference number and purchase summary. We recommend keeping this information for future reference.
2. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT for sales within the European Union. Additional charges apply only for shipping and, if applicable, gift wrapping.
For shipments outside the EU, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra, the buyer is responsible for paying taxes and customs duties according to the applicable regulations.
3. Payment Methods
Orders will be shipped after payment has been received and verified.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit/Debit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. For orders over €250, a copy of an ID may be requested for verification.
- Bank transfer: Payment details will be provided in the order confirmation email.
4. Shipping Policy
Emiba ships both nationally and internationally.
Estimated delivery times:
- Peninsular Spain: 3 to 6 business days (48-72h for express shipping).
- Baleares: 3 to 8 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5 to 9 business days (longer if held in customs).
- International shipments: 4 to 10 business days (depending on the destination country).
Approximate shipping costs:
- Peninsular Spain: €5.99 - €14.95
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €6.99 - €29.95
- International shipments: €18.99 - €250
Incorrect Addresses or Unclaimed Packages:
If the provided address is incorrect, orders sent via Correos will be automatically returned. Emiba is not responsible for return times or the costs of reshipping.
If an order is not claimed within 8 days of the shipping notification, Correos may return it to our warehouse. Please ensure that the email provided is correct to receive notifications.
5. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use.
- Preferably, it should be returned in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Once the product is received and verified, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Cases in which returns will not be accepted:
- Products that are damaged or show clear signs of use.
- Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold.
6. Liability and Force Majeure
Emiba will not be responsible for delays or inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including supply interruptions, strikes, weather incidents, or any other force majeure situations.
By making a purchase at Emiba, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.
