Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders for professional perfumery and cosmetics are processed within 2 to 3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Delivery time: Shipments are made via ground transport, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days within Europe. For international shipments, each case will be evaluated, and the customer will be informed about timelines and costs.

  • Stock availability: In case of stock shortages, our team will contact the customer to offer alternatives or arrange a refund.

  • Delivery addresses: The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If the package is returned due to address errors, Emiba will not cover the costs or reschedule the shipment.

Package Reception and Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect their package within the first 24 hours after receipt. In case of any issues, they should contact the Emiba team immediately for resolution.

Return Policy

  • Right of withdrawal: Customers can request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the General Law for Consumer Protection.
  • Conditions for returns: 
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging or in adequate protective packaging.
    • It must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or alterations.
    • The customer will bear the return shipping costs.

  • Cases where returns are not accepted: 
    • Products that are not in perfect condition.
    • Items whose further use is compromised.
  • Refund: If all conditions are met, a full refund of the purchase amount will be issued. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
